Carnival of Healing #147

Saturday July 19, 2008
Today's Carnival of Healing is being hosted by T’ai Chi Teacher, Cynthia Quarta at Chair Tai Chi. Cynthia is a relatively new blogger with only a few months of blogging under her belt. She writes a short introduction of herself and the work she does with seniors and mentally challenged individuals in her T'ai Chi classes before she gets down to the business of the carnival. Be sure to give a shout to Cynthia if you enjoy this week's carnival by posting a comment in her carnival blog post. Good job Cynthia, and welcome to the Carnival of Healer Host Family! You are welcome to host anytime.

What is the Carnival of Healing?

The Carnival of Healing is a weekly round-up of blogs across the Internet featuring information about healing, self empowerment, and spirituality.

Volunteer to Host the Carnival on Your Blog

Yes, hosting takes some effort sorting through the various submissions and posting the carnival, but all my hosts have told me that the benefits are worth it. Hosting the carnival brings traffic to your blog, you have the opportunity to meet new friends, and you'll learn a lot when reviewing all the submissions.

I am currently seeking carnival hosts for August 2, 16, 23, and 30.

This Week's Edition of the Carnival

I customarily highlight three carnival attractions as an intro before sending you on your way to the host blog. Here are my 3 picks for this week:

Note: Carnival of Healing Editions are always posted on Saturdays. I realize that weekends are busy for many people and that getting to a computer is not always easy on Saturday. If you don't want to miss a carnival you can subscribe to my Holistic Healing Weekly Newsletter that is delivered to your email box on Tuesday mornings. A link is always provided to the current carnival edition.

Looking Back: Last week the carnival was hosted by Daylle Deanna Schwartz at Lessons from a Recovering Door Mat
Looking Forward: Next week the carnival will be hosted by Tonie Konig at Libido and Health

Blog carnivals are great. You can find out so many interesting things about the carnival’s theme…I usually discover at least one thing I didn’t know before or hadn’t thought of in a particular way.
