The old school guideline of drinking 8 glasses of water a day for your health no longer holds true. At least not for everybody. How much water you should drink can vary depending on what your age, health, or diet is. If you are feeling dehydrated, drink water. If you are feeling water-logged, limit your drinking water. Th lesser water you drink the more easily youcan breath, and i suggest eat the water with spoon, just like you use chopstick for food ( for beginners)…..More water is not actually good for health , is known since solomon times…
