The 120th edition of the Carnival of Healing never got posted by the volunteer blogger. I have sent a couple of email inquiries and have as yet to get any kind of response so I have decided to go ahead and post the carnival entries received. Unfortunately, I do not have the time to review the entries personally so it is basically a "cut and paste" of carnival submissions received. Sorry, but this was the best I could manage since I was vacationing with my sons on the West coast for the past week with limited computer access.. Meanwhile I am continuing to play catchup on my emails and other duties after returning home from my trip yesterday.
Looking Back: Last week the carnival was hosted at The Intensive Care for the Nurturer's Soul
Looking Forward: Next week (January 19) Therapeutic Reiki will be hosting the 121st edition.

In the relatively recent past, food was universally recognized as the fruits and nuts that grow on trees, the vegetables that grow out of the soil, plus some fish and game. If you were to take a ride in a time machine and show our ancestors what we eat today, they would recognize very little of it. For the most part, it's over-packaged, over-processed, over-rated and under-nourishing. Every day, we choose our future health and vitality by what we choose to put in our mouths. Three times a day we have the opportunity to act upon our resolve to experience optimum health and vitality . . . at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Bon appetit.
