Carnival of Healing #118: New Year Resolutions

Saturday December 29, 2007
Daylle Deanna Schwartz Lessons from a Recovering Doormat, sprinkles a few New Year Resolutions among the carnival submission in the final edition of this year's Carnival of Healing. Daylle says:
In the spirit of making New Year’s resolutions that can lead to healthy lifestyle changes, I’ll include a resolution I think is valuable with each topic. I find that a more realistic way to get started on a new habit is to declare that “I am will to try to….” Instead of saying “I’m going to lose weight,” say, “I am willing to try to eat more healthy and do more exercise.” It can make the resoluhtion feel less daunting.
What Are You Willing to Do Differently in 2008?

Highlights from Carnival of Healing #118 include: The Carnival of Healing is a weekly round-up of blogs across the Internet featuring information about healing, self empowerment, and spirituality.

This Week: More carnival attractions at The Lesson's from a Recovering DoorMat
Looking Back: Last week the carnival was hosted at The Reiki Digest
Looking Forward: Next week the carnival journeys into 2008 at Intensive Care for the Nurturer's Soul on January 5.
