Shield Making Process

After her return home from her latest spiritual retreat to LaPush, Washington Whitehorse Woman, Holistic Healing forum moderator, sent me a photo of her most recent artwork. She calls it a shield. I asked her to explain what a healing shield is, what its purpose is, and what her process is in creating one. She promptly sent me an email with answers to my questions. I was intrigued and thought all my readers would also be interested in how she uses this art therapy process to work on personal issues.
