Glo To Sleep

I am one of those people who have difficulty sleeping at night with even the tiniest crack of light entering the bedroom. Every night I wear a sleep mask to assist me getting to sleep. My mask also shields me from being disturbed when my husband awakens in the middle of the night. He often times will wake up and read for an hour or more while laying beside me in our shared bed. Although he is courteously quiet so as not to disturb me reading requires him to use a small booklight. I would find the light bothersome if I wasn't wearing the mask.

Florence Cardinal, About Sleep Disorders Guide, reviews a hypnosis/meditation sleep tool, Glo To Sleep, for quieting the mind and relaxing the body. This sleep mask blocks out all light but gives glowing points of luminescent blue color for the insomniac to focus on which stimulates the pineal gland where the hormone melatonin is produced. This special sleep mask just may very well have to go on my "wish list."
