Chakra Lessons Meditation Video

I was visiting Other Lights Blog a few minutes ago and discovered that Scott K. Smith had posted a link to Caroline Myss' Visual Meditation. Wow! This was the first time I've seen this. Maybe I'm simply in the mood for some colorful eye candy and a soothing melody. But I think it is definitely worth a look. Heck, it's worth a revisit! Thanks for bringing it to my attention Scott!

I KNOW! I found it on Tribe.net actually and I had to share it. It has really made a difference in the work-time meditation! Sometimes it is easier to have someone lead you through a meditation and the visuals -yes VERY “eye candy color”- are very helpful. Thanks for the post!
