Bernie DeKoven's recently released CD Recess for the Soul gifts us with delightful diversions from any serious thoughts (worry, stress, fear, etc.) that might be bouncing around in our minds causing havoc. Bernie recalls the various games we played as children (Mother May I, Simon Says, Freeze Tag, and so on) and suggests we take up this same play as a mental exercise.
