In the News - Hey guys - it may be time for some of you to look into anger management workshops. Or perhaps, learn some calming meditation techniques. According to a new medical study reported in the American Heart Association Journal men who express their anger have "10 percent greater risk than non-hostile men of developing an atrial fibrillation" and men who are generally hostile by nature are "30 percent more likely to develop the irregular heart rhythm than men with less hostility."
