Attention Contributors - Email Woes

My SPAM has doubled in the past week. It has become quite a burdon to deal with. My inbox became bloated this morning with the overflow of SPAM invading my mail software program. As a result my operating system froze. After rebooting, I was unable to access saved mail in its default folders. I was forced to reset my preferences and lost several emails. Among these lost emails were a half-dozen or so healing articles sent in by contributors stored in those folders. So...if you sent in an article in recent seeks please resubmit.
