South Beach Diet Success

This week I reported that I had met my weight goal in my online diet log! I have a great feeling of satisfaction. I want to thank all of my readers for the many encouraging emails I've received along the way these past nineteen weeks. Naturally, my diet isn't over just because I've met my initial weight goal.
I'm now scooting over to managing my new lifestyle diet and exercise changes in order to maintain my losses and keep my new sleek and healthier body. I also have two new congratulatory emails to share...(see below). I feel really good about being able to help others through sharing my own diet challenges and accomplishments. --I just wanted to congratulate you for your sucess with the SBD. I´ve been reading your progress with curiosity, since I´m absolutely addicted to carbs and I´m also `recovering`from Xmas excesses...Surely it´s not easy, having to post what you eat and how much you weigh for the world to see, but then again, all your effort and the occasional cookie just make you human... Who knows, I might even give SBD a try..Keep up your good work:)

--Great job reaching your weight goal! I have really appreciated reading your diet log. I began SBD about 12 days ago. I feel great but at the same time am discouraged by my slow progress. I have been inspired at how well you kept at it despite some weeks showing no loss. My starting weight and goal are similar to yours. I must remember that for me to get into the 130s it will require perseverance. You've inspired me. Thanks so much!!
