I survived the holidays!

My stats are showing an increased interest from readers in my diet log. That's understandable. Tis the season for New Year's Resolutions and many people start new diets and exercise programs in January. I was a couple of weeks behind getting my diet log updated. I think I was too busy using my hands to put outlaw food into my mouth. Over Christmas I indulged in my mother's famous sugar cookies and my dad's homemade fudge with walnuts. Oh Yum! But... I'm back on track now and have just finished reporting my diet summaries for weeks 15 and 16
