Kindred Spirit HASN’T REPLIED to 4 emails I’ve sent them during 6 months period of time! I appreciate they maybe busy but at the same time this kind of attitude definitely shows “customer care”!
I wanted to submit an add to this mag, but taken to the account this rather shocking ‘response’ I certainly will not!
