The BC NEWSPAPER GROUP AND VANCOUVER WESTENDER pledges its support in the creation of a National Holistic Directory!
Imagine how your business could expand if you were able to participate in a nationally published directory people could consult to explore all the wonderful options in creating a healthier and more fulfilling life.
In 2002, the Body Soul & Spirit Expo approached several publications, including the Sun Newspapers in Toronto, Calgary and Edmonton, as well as the BC Newspaper Group, which represents several weekly newspapers throughout BC, to sponsor the creation of a National Holistic Directory.
The BC NEWSPAPER GROUP and itÇs flagship publication the VANCOUVER WESTENDER, as the official media sponsor of the Body, Soul, Spirit Expo, is dedicated to supporting the creation of this directory, which will continue to grow as a valuable community resource for holistic businesses, practitioners and organizations.
The guide will be distributed October 9th- 11th through several BC Newspapers as a 8.5" by 11" pony tab in full color. 200,000 copies will be printed with 6,000 copies distributed to each person attending the Body Soul & Spirit Expo on October 17-19, 2003 at the Vancouver Convention & Exhibition Centre.
Our mission and vision is to work with each of you in the creation of a truly comprehensive directory. To this end, we have expanded this year's directory, and have included several new categories. These categories will also be åmirroredÇ in the online community, as well as within the community of exhibitors at the Body Soul & Spirit Expo. More information on both the Body Soul & Spirit Expo and our online community can be found at www.bodysoulspiritexpo.com
As a member of the Holistic Community, you can be of great assistance in two different ways. First look at the categories to see where you fit into the new directory structure, and let us know if there is a category that we may have missed that would better represent what you, your company, or organization offers.
As the directory will be going to press in a short time, please pass this email on to any associates, colleagues, organizations, or businesses that will help us fill as many of the categories as possible, and thereby build a more valuable directory.
As both the BC Newspaper Group and the Body Soul & Spirit Expo sponsor the directory, we are able to provide basic listings starting from $75.00 and full process color ads starting at $250.00. In addition the process color outside back cover is available as a premium location for $2,100.00.
