Recovering Alcoholics Have Lingering Sleep Problems

In the News - Kathleen Doheny, HealthDay Reporter, reports on the study results of testing done at the University of Calgary that evaluated the sleep patterns of recovering alcoholics. No clear reason was indicated as to why chronic drinkers who are now on the wagon are suffering from bouts of insomnia, but the theory is that their brain chemistry has been affected from excessive drink.
