Painful Joints
Dear Paula,
Why do I have so much pain in my body joints?
M.P.
Hi M..P.
Pain in the joints usually means there is a break down of the cartilage. This would happen when there are too many toxins in the blood. Many times it's caused by undigested proteins from the digestive tract. A suggestion would to begin taking a good digestive enzyme with meals. Also watch which foods you eat together.... This is called food combining. It is difficult for the body to break down proteins and carbs together. Eat more vegetables rather than red meats. Another product that is good to take inflammation down is called Wobenzym
