Reader Response - "I am writing because I looked at this page about two years ago...at the time I had horrible acne and was told by a dermatologist that I would need to be on antibiotics for a long long time...I said that I no longer wanted to be on antobiotics and that I would suffer through it... THE GOOD NEWS is that after looking at this page I began to think of everything I was eating, what kinds of stresses were in my life, how much I was exercising, etc. NOW two years later my skins looks great and more importantly, I feel great. HERE is what I did:

1. Stop eating dairy products. This does not mean you can't have ic ecream with your kids or dessert with your friends. it means don't eat dairy everyday.

2. Eat whole foods. What ever you like, fruits and veggies, if you like them eat them.

3. Find exercise you like., anything you like and whatever gets you moving. do it!

4. Find an acupuncturist, a message therapist, and, a place to meditate. DO SOMETHING FOR YOURSELF.

5. EAT lots of good food first and then eat a snack. Don't get mad at yourself if you have some bad food every now and then.

6. Get out into the sun a least 10 minutes a day.

7. Like Mel Brooks said "enjoy yourself, it's later than you think." Sing, dance, read a stupid book, watch bad television and laugh. OH YEAH MOST OF ALL LAUGH!
